What color is the hair?
Because these bundles are genuine virgin human hair, their colors may vary. Typically bundles are in #1B color but we have lighter and darker ones. Just leave us a note in the comment section if you need a specific shade other than #1B (dark brown - close to black) and we will try to accommodate your preference.
Are the hair bundles full and thick?
Each bundle is about 95-100g (around 3.5oz) and the hair ratio is natural, it’s full and thick but not double drawn like every string is the same length.
What’s the difference between 6A,7A and 8A?
All the hair 6A, 7A, 8A grade are unprocessed natural virgin hair and could last more than one year with proper care. Due to the fact that hair material is natural and from different people with different quality, we classify the hair to 6A, 7A, 8A based on how the hair reacts when being colored or bleached. So if you like to bleach the hair to very light color such as #613 blond, we suggest you taking the 8A grade, also the higher grade could endure more coloring, bleaching or heat process.
Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Easily. If you intend to bleach your bundles, please leave a message in the additional comment section when placing your order so we can send you the lightest bundles we have. These will be much easier to lift. When using hair bleach we recommend nothing stronger than a 20 volume developer. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized. Kindly note coloring or bleaching process will hurt natural hair so we suggest you taking the hair to professional salon if needed.
How many bundles do we need?
For average head size from our customers, here is our suggestion:
12” to 14”: 2 bundles
16” to 20”: 3 bundles
22” to 24” 3 to 4 bundles
26” 28” 30” 4 bundles
You could add one more bundle if you want to be very full and thick
The closure is slightly bleached knots but not deep bleached. If you would like to bleach the knot further, please take care not to bleach too much, otherwise it may hurt the hair and cause shedding problem.
Will the hair Shedding or tangle?
Maxglam hair bundles are wefted with intact and aligned cuticles. This prevents the hair from tangling like most other Cheap bundles do. However, please be aware that ALL human hair has the possibility to tangle if it is not maintained and you will be likely to experience LIMITED shedding - this is normal and unavoidable and would happen the same way if the hair was growing straight from your scalp. Use of a silk bonnet or wrap while sleeping and keeping the hair clean and conditioned are the best ways to ensure your investment lasts for years.
Does the hair have a bad smell?
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! But we do cowash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell.
How to care the hair?
Wash and condition hair regularly.
Detangle hair gently before washing, do not rub or twist hair.
Add mild shampoo to cool water, swish hair till clean and rinse thoroughly.
Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally, do not expose to the sun.
Don’t comb curly hair, just use your fingers to run thru gently from end to top, do not brush or comb.
Brush hair in a downward motion starting at the ends and work your way up to the roots.
Certain items should not be brushed, eg braids, dome, etc. consult your hair stylist if any doubts.
Hair may tangle if general care direction is not followed properly.

Why did my payment fail?
If your payment for an order has failed, please check if the following situations happen:

Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure.
Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.

When will you ship the hair and How long is the shipping?
Usually maxglam will send out the hair within 24 hours. For items not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the processing time. Shipment is proceeded by DHL Express. North America 3-5 working days, South America t 4-7 days, Europe 3-5 working days, Australia 3-4 working days, Middle East 3-5 days, Africa 4-7 days.

30 days no reason return is available for unused items. Please ship back and we will arrange exchange or refund within 3 days after receiving the items. Shipping cost will be paid by Maxglam due to quality issue. For non-quality issue exchange, shipping cost back and forth should be paid by buyer. For non-quality issue return, shipping back cost should be paid by buyer. $20 will be deducted from the refund for the cost shipping to you.
Note: When the package is shipped out to you and you decide not to take it, there will be $20 deduction from the hair cost due to the fact that we have to arrange another shipment or waiting for the return even after we ship the order out initially.
Maxglam also offers lifetime maintenance and repair service. But exchange or refund is not acceptable when the hair is used. We would also suggest you taking the hair to professional salon for coloring/bleaching/cutting if needed.
